Service Description
Customized therapeutic massage for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Gentle, safe techniques are used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support balance and relaxation through the physical and hormonal changes of each stage. Sessions are adapted for comfort, with appropriate positioning and focused care for common areas of strain.
Cancellation Policy
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours in advance. If it’s within 24 hours, the full payment will be forfeited, as it’s often too short notice to offer the spot to someone else. If you arrive late, I’ll always do my best to honor your session time, but it may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for others. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for understanding and for helping me respect both our time—and the time and care I offer to every client.
